With land coverage of 513,120 square kilometres, Thailand is not geographically vast (slightly smaller that France and State of Texas). But Thailand has a good variety of topographies, ranging from medium-size mountains in the north, northeast and west, to low-lying flat plains of the Chao Phraya River basin in the central, to coastal regions in the south. Across all of those geographies, the cultures and the people also vary, yet there is harmonious social integration and cultural assimilation everywhere one travels. All of these are excellent ingredients for taking road trips to hunt for unique images.
The above are examples of rural landscape photography from different parts of Thailand. These images were captured during several road trips around different parts of Thailand over the past few years.
